We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, and ethical Associate Advisor/Paraplanner to join our small, collaborative office. This is an on-site, in-person role.

$80,000 - $90,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

  • Work closely with advisors to analyze client data and help streamline the financial planning process for outstanding service.
  • Prepare customized client forms and meeting agendas to meet individual needs.
  • Address the needs of both clients and advisors with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding their accounts and financial planning matters.
  • Document all client interactions and ensure timely follow-up and workflow completion.
  • Manage client investment accounts, including handling contributions, distributions, and beneficiary designations.
  • Maintain precise files and records, adhering to all regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time, on-site role in a professional office setting.
  • Active Series 66, Series 7 (or 6), WI health, WI life insurance licenses required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Experience with LPL Financial preferred.
  • Notary license is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a friendly demeanor both in person and over the phone.
  • High ethical standards, discretion, compliance, accountability, and confidentiality to protect clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a high-performance team.
