Interested?
A pro-active structured nance associate attorney
with 4-8 years of experience. The candidate should
preferably have a strong background on structured
nance and securitization transactions with
excellent technical skills in order to serve a primary
role in drafting transaction documents and
negotiating transaction terms and documentation.
Will work closely with partners and our high-pro le
customer base to mostly assist leading mortgage
sector companies. A true team player who will also
be encouraged to take an active role in the
development of our boutique law rm specialized
in legal and strategic services. A completed Grotius
Finance and Securities is a plus.
We are looking for an associate to join our team,
focusing on high-end structured nance work in
direct contact with our clients and being involved
in every step of high-value transactions, from the
beginning to closing. A unique opportunity for
