This position applies advanced revenue cycle knowledge to resolve highly complex revenue and claims issues, research observed patterns and trends, provide analysis/recommendations from findings, and support projects through deep dives and/or early project management skills. This position manages and executes clinic outreach and follow up on missing documentation requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency – Required
  • 4 to 6 years of HIM/Revenue Cycle experience - Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Highly Preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications – Required
  • Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation – Required

TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel: 0-15% based on needs of project work
  • Nights/Weekends: As needed to meet project objectives

Responsibilities
  • Completes time sensitive data entry, root cause analysis, trending and data querying. Summarizes findings to share with leadership. Develops and performs action plans or process improvements.
  • Executes MFD (More Frequent Dialysis) projects that complete tasks for revenue cycle in various ways including process improvements, system and/or workflow enhancements; resolves revenue and claims issues.
  • Meets with business partners and impacted teams to maintain relationships and provide high level updates on initiatives. Serves as a resource for others.
  • Other duties as assigned.
