Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure highest standards are maintained. Applying sound risk management practices by pro-actively identifying and responding to risks and reporting them as necessary. Providing high levels of internal customer service by working with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues. Raise operational continuous improvement suggestions identified while completing tasks. Essential Skills: Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a related operational role within the financial services industry Highly energetic and dynamic professional who are always striving to do better for our customers. Excellent communication skill Written and Oral. Strong in exercising sound judgement backed by analytical and problem solving skill. Carrying impressive interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our Australian frontline and leading lenders. Demonstrate curious mindset and ability to investigate. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Business.
