The GWG Conversion Payroll Team is responsible for various payroll activity at a plan level for new & existing clients to Great-West. Team performs new file mapping, money type changes, change file mapping and load indicative data. Activities performed by the team is highly time critical, involves regulatory & monetary impacts which required adequate due diligence, timely response to quires, timely escalation to responsible parties. Primary responsibilities: Performing daily BAU, Quality checks & audits for Payroll Follows-up with various stakeholders for timely resolution Timely escalation for any delay or issue Provide various input for self & team MIS reports Responding to email questions Participating in the on-shore call when need Qualifications: Good understanding & work experience of 401(K) Defined contribution plan preferably with Payroll & Implementation/Conversion background Excellent problem solving, analytical and verbal/written communication skills 3 + years financial operations (Preferred prior experience in Payroll & Implementation/Conversion background) Degree from recognized university Intermediate Excel and basic knowledge of Access & SQL Flexible to work in US shift This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications of the job.
