Description

If invoices are not paid on or before the due date, identify the overdue invoices and take appropriate follow-up action Investigation of certain items on the ledger and liaison with the customer to resolve e.g., credits taken twice Provide feedback to the Collections Manager on the status of accounts and any issues Provide feedback to the Credit team on reasons for non-payment to avoid blocked orders Relevant experience in a Credit Collections environment Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing in English and German Excellent customer focus and experience in dealing with large corporate customers PC skills - SAP (ideally SAP SD, the sales and distribution model of customer accounting), Excel, and Word Ability to persuade and influence accordingly, and handle difficult customers/situations, and know when to escalate to the Collections Manager Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, plan, and organize without direct supervision Pays close attention to detail and respects business processes Solves problems by working with other teams or on their own Knowing is Half the Battle Break the Mold Take Charge Be Legendary Friendship is Magic Matrix of Leadership
