Job Title: Associate Analyst – Fleet Services Location: Augusta, ME Work type: Office The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $65,840 to $82,300. Job Summary This position Coordinates and performs fleet management processes including but not limited to vehicle registration, invoicing, E-Z Pass program, purging of files, filing, SAP data input as necessary, ad hoc reporting and excise tax payments. Responsibilities: Coordinate and secure DMV appointments for all vehicle‑related registration services. Handle in‑person DMV transactions, including vehicle registrations, replacement plates, duplicate registration documents, lost titles, and related services. Review, process, and route vendor service invoices for payment. Filing of information in vehicle files/removal of obsolete files. Oversee and administer the organization’s E‑ZPass account. Collect mail and distribute to appropriate fleet personnel. Process and record excise tax payments in accordance with established procedures. Prepare ad hoc reports to support operational and management needs. Required Qualifications: Education & Experience Required: Associate's degree preferred; or High School diploma with at least 1 year of fleet experience is required. Demonstrated knowledge of corporate wide business processes and operations. Skills / Abilities: Proficiency in data entry within administrative or operational systems. Capacity to travel periodically in alignment with role responsibilities. Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
