What you’ll do: Experience required in 1. GTM Activities 2. Understanding of trade compliance 3. ERP Knowledge of SAP-GTS 4. Global stakeholders’ exposure 5. Working knowledge of screening Tool List of responsibilities in GTM RPS (Restricted Party Screening) 1. SAP-GTS blocked business partners review, validation and clearance - Global 2. SAP-GTS Blocked documents (SO/PO/DN) review, validation and clearance - APAC 3. SAP-GTS Master data search and validation as per new SPL listing published by US regulations 4. SAP-GTS Enhancements – Propose new enhancement in SAP-GTS to SAP-IT team and work on providing inputs and testing the same and confirming go-ahead in production 5. Enhanced Due Diligence for Sanction exposure check (Russia ownership, MEU flag, Sanction connections etc) using Kharon Tool 6. One-time RPS screening of Customer / Vendors for their set-up in Eaton ERP’s 7. Supporting global projects on SAP-GTS integration as a SME of RPS process – Providing process overview, documentations, suggestions for process requirement, UAT testing etc 8. Keeping track of blocked partner count in SAP-GTS with huge sanction list updates along with SAP-IT team & GTM Stakeholders to control the enormous blocks affecting deliveries and sales at Eaton sites; Proactive communication for smooth SAP-GTS process 9. Auditing business partners Automation logs 10. Tracking SAP-GTS General address screening & SAP-GTS Blocked documents access through SNOW ticket 11. Publishing Global RPS Dashboard & YTD blocked partner list on GTM SharePoint 12. Active back-up for Supplier Insight 50% ownership report 13. Mentoring RPS team on special cases/scenarios or challenges in process 14. Supporting global folks for RPS queries and proactive resolution of any issues caused due to sanction updates in SAP-GTS 15. Efficient stakeholders’ queries resolutions, process requirement fulfilment and frequent stakeholder connect 16. Update SOPs to reflect process improvements. 17. Monitoring SLA & Timely process review with team - OTD / Challenges / Process alignment in scenario of leaves of team members 18. Identification of process gaps and discussion with GTM Managers for action plan GTM Reporting 1. Active back-up for reports 1.1 Accruals report 1.2 US Import Reconciliation report 1.3 Ace report – 2nd Level back-up Qualifications: Skills:
