The Total Rewards Project & Analytics  Analyst supports execution of the Year-End (YE) Merit, Grant, and Bonus cycle within Oracle for the global population. This role provides focused analytical, audit, reporting, and system validation support during one of the most critical annual Total Rewards processes. The position is responsible for compensation data analysis, audit validation, file preparation, reporting support, and system testing to ensure accurate and timely payout execution. This is a time-bound, high-volume role requiring strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and comfort working with large datasets under deadline-driven conditions.
Responsibilities
The analyst supports the execution of year-end merit, grant, and bonus cycles by performing compensation data analysis and audit validation. They are also responsible for system testing, file preparation, and providing reporting support to ensure accurate payout execution.
