The Associate Analyst – Payroll Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate processing and recording of the company’s payroll while delivering timely and precise financial information. This position involves active participation in daily payroll operations within the PeopleSoft HMRS system, including processing, coordinating, and approving various payroll functions. By leveraging leadership skills, the Associate Analyst drives efficiency, achieves operational objectives, and ensures all payroll functions meet audit requirements. Collaborating cross-functionally within the department and across the company, the Associate Analyst focuses on process improvements, automation, and adherence to payroll guidelines for all work groups. Additionally, they manage multiple special projects, maintain accountability for their work, and support the Payroll Management team in fostering a collaborative and successful team environment.
Note: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement based with in-office requirements 50% of the time in Houston, TX. This role will travel up to 5% of the time.
