We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Associate Analyst to join VF’s Digital Technology (DT) organization and support the delivery of Supply Chain Data Products across the Product Supply and Finance domains. This is an excellent entry point for someone with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in data, product, and supply chain — you will work alongside experienced Product Owners and technical teams to help bring data-driven products to life for Global Supply Chain users. How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: Support Product Delivery Assist in the end-to-end delivery of data products in your scope, supporting requirements gathering, testing, release, and post-launch monitoring. Maintain and update the product backlog under the guidance of the Product Owner, ensuring user stories are clearly written and acceptance criteria are up to date. Product Roadmap and Strategy Gather and document business needs and user feedback, helping to translate them into clear use cases for the Product Owner and Director to incorporate into the roadmap. Support the preparation of product concept documentation, value assessments, and prioritization materials. Product Design and Documentation Work with business users and the Product Owner to document business rules, data definitions, workflows, and acceptance criteria accurately and consistently. Assist in preparing materials for user workshops, design sessions, and sprint reviews — including process maps, user journey documentation, and meeting notes. Product Development Support Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate with analysts, data engineers, and QA testers to track progress on features, flag blockers, and support timely delivery. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting results and helping to triage and track issues through to resolution. Product Performance and Adoption Support monitoring of product KPIs and release-specific success metrics by preparing regular performance reports and dashboards. Help coordinate user communications, training materials, and onboarding support to drive smooth adoption of new features. Data Quality and Governance Assist in reviewing data outputs for accuracy and consistency, raising data quality issues proactively to the Product Owner and engineering team. Support compliance with VF’s data governance policies and business definition standards across product documentation and feature specifications. Stakeholder and Partner Coordination Prepare status updates, meeting agendas, and progress summaries for relevant stakeholders. Assist in coordinating with external partners and vendors to track deliverables and support timely resolution of issues. How you will do it Engage with Supply Chain business users to gather information about workflows, pain points, and requirements — documenting findings clearly and concisely. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items are well-formed and ready for development. Track and report on product delivery progress, helping to surface risks and dependencies early. What we expect you already have Years of related professional experience: 1–3 years of experience in a data, product, business analysis, or supply chain role. Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience will also be considered. Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees in a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills — able to break down complex problems and communicate findings clearly. An interest in data and digital products, with a genuine curiosity about how technology can improve Supply Chain outcomes. Skilled in leveraging AI tools for product management and day-to-day productivity enhanement. Familiarity with or exposure to Agile delivery practices and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, or equivalent). Experience using AI tools to enhance day-to-day productivity and analytical tasks. Working knowledge of data and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar; exposure to Azure, Databricks, or SQL is a plus. Good communication skills — clear written and verbal communication across stakeholderroups. Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy in documentation and reporting. A collaborative, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Empathy and cultural awareness, with the ability to work across a global, multi-stakeholder team environment.
