Description

We are seeking a skilled, experienced and proactive ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and high-performance solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include customizing ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, server-side scripting, UI Policies, and Client Scripts, as well as developing and maintaining workflows, business rules, catalog forms, and system integrations. The role also involves designing, developing, and enhancing Service Catalog items and flows, ensuring seamless automation and user experience. Additionally, the developer will conduct thorough system and integration testing with both sample and live data to ensure solution reliability and performance. Candidates should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and core modules such as ITSM and CMDB. A strong understanding of the ITIL framework is essential to ensure alignment with industry best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, server-side scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs is required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative and ownership in delivering high-quality solutions. They will actively participate in internal ServiceNow community meetings, share best practices, and provide support to other developers across the organization to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Bachelor of Science with specialization in IT (B.Sc-IT, BCA, BE, BTech) Required: 3+ years experience in ServiceNow development Understanding of CMDB, ITIL/ITSM processes like Request, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge management
