Job Description Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and maintain employee records in HR information systems. Inquiry Response: Respond to basic HR inquiries from employees, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel. Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Documentation: Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, forms, employment contracts and documentation. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Coordinate and support onboarding activities, including conducting new hire orientation sessions. Regional Support Coverage: Public holiday support may be required, as the role involves servicing multiple regions with varying holiday schedules. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in People Operations, HR,, or Business Administration. Passion for employee experience—"Employees are our customers" mindset. Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Tech-savvy, with experience in HRIS (Workday preferred), ticketing systems (JIRA), and knowledge management tools (Confluence) being a plus. Responsibilities
