ABOUT THE ROLE

As an associate applications operations engineer, you ensure the efficient performance and security of critical applications through monitoring, updates, and identity management. You effectively collaborate with others to help resolve technical issues, and handle incidents and user queries escalated from first-line support.
The role is pivotal in ensuring that applications meet the needs of its users, now and in the future.
