We’re looking for a dynamic Associate Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. If you have capital equipment sales experience, a passion for building strong client relationships, and a knack for developing business strategies that deliver results, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
This is a fully mobile position with extensive travel covering Western Ontario. The position reports to the Sales Director.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years outside capital sales experience
- Knows how to cold call and doesn’t give up easily
- Proven track record of sales growth and success
- Self-Starter and takes direction well
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to high performance with outstanding results. Sets and exceeds quota, consistently.
- Able to generate quality leads on a consistent basis.
- Has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and committed to developing quality customer experience.
- Has excellent prospecting and territory management abilities along with superior prospecting, selling, and closing expertise.

POSITION Associate Area Sales Manager Western Ontario
LOCATION Canada
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
- Develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
- Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales.
- Perform marketing research and manage territory.
- Support in-service training and subsequent training.
- Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner.
- Assist with post-sale customer issues.
- Work with Field Service and company staff.
- You will drive the success and growth of your sales territory through cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships to expand the sales of additional results.
- Educate and demonstrate Sciton’s products’ indications, efficacy, safety, and how these products will improve the clients’ needs and that of their customers.
