DATA INTEGRITY & QUALITY ASSURANCE:Ensure asset data is accurate, complete, and up to date across all systems. Perform regular audits and validations to maintain data integrity.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION:Maintain and update technical records, asset registers, and lifecycle documentation in line with company and contract-specific standards.
SUPPORT LIFECYCLE PLANNING:Assist in the analysis of asset performance and lifecycle costs to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
COMPLIANCE MONITORING:Support compliance with ISO 55001 and other relevant standards by ensuring asset data and documentation meet audit requirements.
COLLABORATION & COORDINATION:Work with maintenance, operations, and compliance teams to ensure asset-related information is captured accurately and consistently.
REPORTING & INSIGHTS:Generate reports and dashboards to support the Asset and Lifecycle Manager in monitoring asset performance, risks, and opportunities.
SYSTEM SUPPORT:Assist in the configuration, use, and continuous improvement of asset management systems (e.g., CMMS, EAM).
