Description Trenam Law is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Transactions Associate with at least 3 years of experience to primarily work out of our St. Petersburg office. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting complex real estate transactions. Primary responsibilities will be to assist senior attorneys and clients in drafting and review of documents, due diligence on transactions, purchase and sale agreements, commercial lease agreements, review and resolve title issues, research of various legal issues to determine advice or action, and all of this may be done in support of various real estate practice areas. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an intellectual aptitude for complex transactions, an ability to work and think independently, well-developed writing skills, and good interpersonal skills. There will be an expectation for growth in professional responsibility and client development, as well as an aptitude for self-motivation, working as a team and taking ownership of projects.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities involve assisting senior attorneys and clients with drafting and reviewing documents, conducting due diligence, and handling agreements related to complex real estate transactions.
