QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of family law experience in Texas (Required)
• Trial and deposition experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional legal writing and oral communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases
• Experience in Denton or Collin Counties preferred

• Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, modifications, enforcements, and CPS-related cases
• Draft legal documents: pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development
• Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards at all times
