About Strategic Legal Practices Strategic Legal Practices is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team in Los Angeles or Orange County. This role is ideal for attorneys who want real courtroom experience, meaningful responsibility, and rapid professional development within California state courts. From day one, associates are immersed in substantive legal work. Depending on team assignments and individual strengths, you may focus on: Court appearances and hearings Discovery strategy and depositions Law and motion practice Trial preparation and case strategy This position offers a rare opportunity to develop hands-on litigation skills under the guidance of experienced trial attorneys, rather than being confined to purely administrative or research tasks. We actively support associates who want to sharpen their advocacy skills, build confidence in court, and grow into strong, well-rounded litigators.
