Leadership positions are open to all attorneys in every office. Billable hours requirement of 1900, with an hours-based bonus program for up to $30,000 for attorneys that bill more hours ($2,500 for every 25 hours above 1900 up to 2200 hours and $30,000). Realistic partnership and equity partnership track. All KF attorneys are eligible for partnership, both equity and non-equity, and promotion is based on your ability to do great work and fit our culture, and not on business development. REQUIREMENTS At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation, preferably in General Liability, Construction Defect, or NY Labor Law. Strong academic record and cultural fit. Excellent references and a record of job stability. Member of the New York bar in good standing. KF offers competitive base compensation from $115,000 - $170,000 for 1900 hours plus up to $30,000 in additional guaranteed bonus based off of hours billed.
