Description Maintain contact with clients from assignment through settlement. Develop and revise appropriate legal strategies for discovery, investigation, mediation, handling and trial/hearing of cases; represent clients in court and/or agencies Research applicable legal remedies for cases or clients Submit necessary and appropriate documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions and/or settlement negotiations as required. Conduct appropriate discovery, hearings, trials depositions, oral arguments, mediations, and/or other legal proceedings relevant to personal injury. Meet with and/or communicate with clients ensuring proper communication and understanding of case proceedings throughout the case. Negotiate case settlement’s as appropriate Provide direction to Personal Injury Team Lead and Case Managers as it pertains to cases assigned. Act as a team member of the attorney team, personal injury case manager team, and other respective firm team’s. Perform administrative functions related to the practice of the law and firm Comply with all legal standards and regulations Meet expectations of GRACES protocol at all time to ensure client satisfaction with services rendered by the firm. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements J.D. Degree Previous trial experience is preferred All Inquiries will be confidential
