We are looking for confident, energetic, and sharp attorneys who are quick on-their-feet thinkers. Area of Practice: Exclusively labor and employment matters, on behalf of employees in California, with focus on wage and hour class/PAGA actions and single-plaintiff employment lawsuits. Title: Associate Attorney (Pre-Litigation) Location: Pasadena, CA (on-site preferred; may consider hybrid on-site/remote) Hours: Full-Time Salary: $100,000 to $130,000+ (Commensurate with Experience) License Requirements: Active California State Bar license required, with no disciplinary history. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school Active California State Bar license, with no disciplinary history Plaintiff or defense side labor and employment experience is strongly preferred Great phone etiquette Heavy note-taking and typing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, multi-tasking, professional attitude, customer service, honesty, dependable, computer savvy Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email / Calendar, Adobe Acrobat, Apple Operating System, and other Litigation Software Fluency in English (spoken & written).
