What You’ll Do As an Associate Attorney, you’ll play a key role in managing litigation from start to finish. You’ll work closely with lead counsel on insurance defense matters, handling everything from legal research and brief writing to depositions and trial prep. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda Manage complex discovery and case strategy Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and proceedings Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation Prepare legal reports and correspondence Requirements What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred) JD from an accredited law school Active Ohio Bar License Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage cases independently Professional, proactive, and ethical work style Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software Why Join Us?
