Requirements Our Atlanta office is looking to add an attorney to our team, and we are accepting applications from attorneys with at least one year of property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience. People with tenacity, critical thinking skills, passion, and a desire to learn thrive at Zelle. Candidates should have at least a year of experience in first-party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes, along with stellar oral and written communication skills to be successful in this role. The position will include the examination of first-party property insurance claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings and discovery, and attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial. Georgia bar membership required. This position is hybrid with a minimum requirement of two days per week in the office.
