This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your Azure knowledge, collaborate with global professionals, and provide outstanding support to clients worldwide.
As a part of the Support Team, you will be engaged in ensuring that incidents and requests are fulfilled against relevant service level agreements and customer expectations.
Bonding in a coordinated team as an Associate Azure Consultant you will typically receive tickets on the complex issues occurring in Azure platform.
You will collaborate with other colleagues Consultants to ensure you have all the relevant information available to resolve the incident or fulfill the service request.
You will also be encouraged to pass on your knowledge in resolving the case with the more junior members of the team and provide some mentoring for them.
You may also be required to raise an incident ticket with Microsoft under our Outstanding Support arrangement with the approval of the Team Lead.
