Routine Tasks: * Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions * Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks * Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness * Take and fulfill custom/special orders from customers * Accurately package, label, and price self-service items * Operate bakery equipment safely, including ovens, knives, bread slicers, scales, and other Bakery equipment * Assist with other tasks as assigned Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Prior bakery or food preparation experience preferred * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Basic math and reading skills * Strong attention to detail and visual presentation * Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude * A passion for serving people Physical & Work Environment A Bakery Associate works primarily in the Bakery department. This role involves walking and standing for extended periods, lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Frequent interaction with customers and fellow team members is an essential part of the role.
