The role can be based in Auckland or Wellington. It is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly. Team anchor days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with the People Leader (who you would report to) and they told us the following about the role: What are 5 day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete? Managing customer onboarding requests through digital channels, guiding clients from their initial application to the establishment of their first accounts with BNZ. Engaging with customers by assisting them through the application processes, addressing inquiries, and conducting follow-ups via digital platforms or telephone to facilitate their integration with BNZ. Conducting daily reviews of active applications to ensure adherence to follow-up schedules and proactively enhance the overall customer experience. Fulfilling service level agreements to support BNZ in delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. Collaborating within a tīma that continually seeks improvement opportunities while providing mutual support to foster an engaged and positive work environment. The primary challenge of this tūranga is managing multiple priorities simultaneously in an environment focused on ongoing process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
