Position Overview: The Associate will gain hands-on experience in various branch operations and core departments, learning the full range of deposit and loan products. Through structured training and rotations, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the key aspects of operations while working directly with our management team to hone your leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Gain in-depth knowledge of branch operations and core department functions. Assist with member services, loan processing, and retail banking functions. Participate in training and professional development activities. Complete assignments and projects as part of your development in key areas of the business. The Emerging Professional Development Program: This program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders at MIDFLORIDA.
