10064 Major Deliverables:- * Monitoring of daily inward activity for Mandates and Instruments compare to Loan Disbursed. * Thorough monitoring of health check and ensure for having instruments/Mandate sent to registration in time. * Exceptions to be reported to concern stake holders. * Ensure to send mandate for registration within TAT * Query Management – queries handling from SFDC and resolution of the same on time. * Tracking of Enach registered cases productwise from banking point of view. * Tracking of Open Mandate cases mapped correctly for banking point of view. * Should have vision on automate the process and suggest the change in process on time to time basis. * Follow-up with Branches / Sales / Collection and Product team to get the revised mandate from customers and time to time update the same to Sr. Management team. * Periodic basis coordination with sales / collection and product team for mandate rejected cases for resolution. Desired Experience: Minimum 4- 5 years’ experience in Banking and Ops process Specialized job competencies: - Closely Working in Banking Operations and Mandate management process Other desired attributes: Good Communication skill Issue resolution approach with Deep dive with analytical skill. Solution oriented with positive approach. Good in people management skill and stress management.

Responsibilities
