Our Fragrance & Beauty Division is seeking a Business Development Manager in Shanghai, You will be responsible for identifying and developing a strong category and accounts strategy to support accounts management team to ensure the business goal is achieved by driving internal effort and collaborating to various functions regionally and globally and align sales strategy of categories among different customers. It could well be your perfect opportunity if you have a consistent track record of new wins and the ability to identify and create new business opportunities. Professional, enthusiastic and creatively minded, you will be keen to get started on these key challenges Develop Givaudan's Greater China business in partnership with Sales Team to help them achieve top and bottom line targets Develop partnerships with key accounts, including relationships with senior level management Identify and create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in all core lists and key customer briefs Develop a thorough understanding of Market knowledge of certain categories and the business potential in Greater China Build and implement a growth strategy for Greater China together with Sales team via coordination of strategic plans from key accounts in the specified category Drive internal efforts to achieve Account Plans, collaborating with Creative Fragrance Management, Perfumery, Marketing, Consumer Research, Applications and Technology, ensuring the most efficient management of Givaudan resources Monitor competitor activity Debrief projects with account management team to understand successes and failures; identify and execute corrective actions Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines Represent fragrance division in external industry associations You?
