Role Description : This part-time Associate BI Analyst role is a hybrid position based in the City of Bristol, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate BI Analyst will assist in gathering business requirements, translating them into data models, and supporting the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with business intelligence tools to analyze data, preparing insights for stakeholders, and helping to monitor key performance indicators. The role will also involve validating data accuracy, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and decision-making. The successful candidate will contribute to project-based analytical work that supports Hawkroot’s clients in leveraging data for better outcomes.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Data Modeling and Business Analysis skills to structure data effectively and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Dashboards and Business Intelligence Tools to build, maintain, and optimize visual reports and analytics solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with non-technical teams.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with SQL or similar query languages, and familiarity with common BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is preferred.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and the ability to manage time and tasks in a part-time, hybrid environment.
• Candidates should possess an educational background in data analytics, business, computer science, or a related field; relevant internships or project experience are advantageous
