What You’ll Do Perform data analysis and generate reports for customer projects Evaluate and identify optimal NGS data analysis solutions Conduct literature search for various genomics research areas Provide customer interface assistance for bioinformatics results Support data analysis and report request from internal groups What You Will Bring M.S. in Bioinformatics-related filed with 0-2 years of experience Strong mathematical and analytical skills Proficient in at least one programming language: R or Python Experience with NGS data analysis; bonus if have additional experience in long-read analysis Proficient in BI analysis pipelines and solutions Efficient in problem solving and troubleshooting Bonus if with wet-lab experience in at least one NGS/third-generation sequencing workflow. United States Base Compensation: $66,000.00 - $82,000.00 The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure.
