Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a brand designer and content creator to shape how Nettwerk shows up in the world. The Associate, Brand & Content will bring our brand to life across all of our internal and external touchpoints, from our website to the business templates that power our teams, and across social platforms like Instagram, YouTube (with over 925k subscribers), DSP playlists, and beyond.
This role is about hands-on creation and delivery: designing, editing, and publishing content that reflects our voice, connects with fans, and strengthens our global presence. You’ll be the steward of Nettwerk’s creative vision, ensuring our brand is cohesive, resonant, and enduring.
The ideal candidate is an editorially-minded creative, a visual designer and storyteller with a strong understanding of audience and what makes for great content and copy in the music and entertainment space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as Nettwerk’s brand designer: creating and maintaining branded content and assets, including the website, brand book, newsletters, templates, posters, and design elements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Nettwerk’s visual language, developing key assets and design features that can be leveraged across our branded content.
  • Consult on and review branded content across internal departments and external partnerships to ensure consistent brand adoption and alignment with Nettwerk’s content strategy.
  • Be a strong voice for the brand in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring creative alignment across priority projects, while championing creative excellence and audience-first thinking.
  • Act as Nettwerk’s social media manager: developing and executing a cohesive content strategy that brings our brand to life across all owned channels (Instagram, YouTube, DSPs, website, etc.).
  • Maintain a global editorial calendar, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering consistent, high-quality content that reflects Nettwerk’s brand voice and strategic objectives.
  • Identify high-impact storytelling opportunities that position Nettwerk as a cultural connector and deepen relationships with our artists, their fan communities, and the broader music ecosystem.
  • Experiment with new content formats, platform-specific strategies, and audience engagement tactics to maximize reach and impact.
  • Stay ahead of trends in music, digital content, and social media and leverage data insights to drive growth and engagement, optimizing for audience engagement and brand affinity.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, design, digital media, or within the music, entertainment, or broader creative industries.
  • Proficiency in digital illustration, ideally with interest in hand-drawn line art and/or portrait work.
  • Exceptional design sensibility and experience with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of content marketing across social, digital, and streaming platforms.
  • Experience developing brand identities, storytelling frameworks, and audience-driven content strategies.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with strategic objectives, ensuring content drives meaningful impact.
  • Experience analyzing content performance and making data-driven optimizations.
  • Passion for content culture and digital storytelling.
  • Describe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate
**Design portfolio strongly encouraged in your application.
