As a valued member of Marketing team your responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all promotion marketing activities including in-store displays, FSIs, dFSIs, Shelf Talk, review generation and sampling ensuring these down the funnel activations are in synch with overall brand strategies and goals. You will be leading continuous improvement across all these areas and looking for opportunities to drive increased sales lift for each class of trade. These responsibilities include some of the following: Assist in the development of short- and medium-term brand strategies for Excedrin Measure performance and identify drivers and drainers across the business to drive marketing effectiveness and consumption growth. Own all Brand Reporting collaborating with cross functional team. Develop strategies, tactics, and lead execution of national brand programs, including consumer promotion, and shopper programs designed to engage consumers at retail. Build brand equity as measured by brand share performance and brand loyalty Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand strategy, including advertising, promotion, pricing and customer marketing strategy Support media strategy and planning and its integration into the brand planning cycle Work with external agencies to execute plans Manage the brand budget to optimize spending *The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's Degree in business and/or marketing. 2+ years prior industry experience in consumer product goods (CPG) or pharmaceutical Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MBA Demonstrated analytical ability to understand and report data to drive business decisions. Previous experience working with and/or managing vendors/Agencies Nice to have Prior experience in the following areas: Revenue growth management, route-to-market planning and analysis, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, profit and loss analysis and performance against plan, brand/package contribution, brand portfolio management.
