Description

HumanN is growing and is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join the HumanN team! The Associate Brand Manager will support the growth and optimization of our cardiovascular health product portfolio by leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making. This role will partner cross-functionally to execute brand strategies, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to new product innovation and commercialization efforts.
The ideal candidate is analytically driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about using insights to influence marketing strategies and business growth.
Additionally, this role will involve supporting the development and management of Humann’s medical channel business, ensuring alignment with the brand’s broader commercial goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role (CPG experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in sales and consumer data platforms such as Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, Numerator, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central) and retail environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
