POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an Associate, Brokerage to join Foundry Commercial in Atlanta, Georgia. The Associate will support and actively contribute to the execution of capital markets transactions including asset sales, debt placements, and equity raises for institutional and private clients. Working under the guidance of senior leaders, you will be responsible for underwriting, marketing, deal execution, investor outreach, and financial analysis. This role is ideal for a motivated, analytically-minded individual seeking to build a career in commercial real estate investment sales within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUESTED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs, CRE platforms and databases
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Atlanta MSA commercial real estate market and asset types (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, etc.).
  • Familiarity with legal documents such as leases and purchase agreements.
  • Real estate salesperson license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) required.
