Credence has an immediate need for an Associate Budget Analyst in support of Army INSCOM 207th MI DBE, working onsite in Italy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

  • Manpower Programming and Budget
  • General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Review procurement requests and recommend corrective actions
  • Financial Analysis
  • Budget Execution and Data Maintenance
  • Current Year Budget Execution reporting
  • Resource Allocation
  • Organization agreements
  • Support for Data Packages
  • Civilian Resource Management
  • Management and Accounting Support
  • Review of MIPRs and UFRs
  • DTS/GTC tasks as needed

Education, Requirements and Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, or alternatively, 4 additional years of DoD financial management experience in place of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) is preferred.
  • Completion of Fiscal Law, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE), and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrival are necessary.
  • Candidates should possess sufficient communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
