About the Role The Associate, Building Operations supports workplace projects from planning through to review, making sure they align with organisational goals. The role helps manage several projects at the same time, works with stakeholders, uses standard project management methods, and tracks progress to support ongoing improvement. Key responsibilities include helping to identify risks, following required policies and procedures, and contributing to practical and efficient workplace solutions. The position supports building operations and projects at 52 Martin Place and other satellite offices, working with the Premier’s Department and other agencies in a busy work environment. We're Looking For Support information collection and reporting: Collect, analyse and prepare information, reports and project materials to support service delivery across Premier’s Department and Ministry, and other stakeholders in line with reporting requirements. Assist with operational and service delivery issues: Help identify, investigate and resolve operational and service delivery issues, ensuring work health and safety considerations are applied in planning and decision-making. Review financial and operational data: Review financial and operational data to help identify trends and risks and contribute evidence to support investigations and recommendations. Support stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain effective working relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders to support projects and day-to-day operations. Prepare advice and briefings: Assist in preparing timely, accurate and evidence-based advice, correspondence and briefs for senior leaders and government stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
