Description

Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy providing high-level services in building surveying, project management, cost consultancy, fire safety, and construction oversight across England and Wales. With several offices across the UK, they are well established in delivering complex projects within the residential, mixed-use, education, healthcare, and student accommodation sectors.
They are currently seeking a Associate Building Surveyor to join their London office due to continued growth. The role offers a balanced workload across project-led and professional instructions, with a strong focus on project delivery. Typical projects include refurbishment schemes, façade remediation works, and major external and internal renovations ranging in value from £500k to £6m.

ASSOCIATE BUILDING SURVEYOR JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MRICS qualified (highly advantageous)
  • Background in both professional and project-based building surveying
  • Strong technical knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC experience is a bonus)
  • Organised, client-focused, and commercially aware
  • Ambition to progress within a growing, people-focused consultancy
  • Live within a commutable distance of central London
