Key Responsibilities Lead complex business analysis initiatives for strategic and high-impact projects and transformation programs Follow established business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices across all assignments Translate business strategy and high-level objectives into clear, structured, prioritized, and actionable requirements Ensure completeness, consistency, and traceability of requirements across end-to-end business processes Conduct requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and process analysis to identify business needs and solution gaps Collaborate closely with IT architecture, IT delivery teams, business stakeholders, and application owners to ensure solution alignment Prepare and maintain business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, and related documentation Support solution validation, UAT readiness, and go-live preparation to ensure successful implementation Monitor value realization and support post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts to ensure consistency and quality across projects Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis function Person Specifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in IT and digital transformation environments Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, requirement management, and process improvement methodologies Experience in CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Order Management processes is required Proven ability to manage complex requirements across multiple stakeholders and business functions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite Ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively in cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Vendor submissions - 05 months
