What You’ll Do You meet with clients and understand their needs You’ll be the go-to person for clients—gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, running acceptance testing, and presenting the solutions built. You help create solutions that solve real problems You act as a bridge, translating client requirements into user stories and collaborating with Developers and Admins to design meaningful, effective solutions. You define requirements with clarity You will create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and support internal initiatives that improve delivery quality. You ensure seamless collaboration You’ll work closely with Developers, Admins, and key stakeholders to bring solutions together and ensure smooth project execution.
