WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT, gap analysis, BPMN) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of project management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like Visio, Word, and Powerpoint.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

• Ability to think critically and translate business needs into clear documentation.

The purpose of this position is to support business analysis activities that enable strategic decision-making and operational improvements across the organization. The Associate Business Analyst will assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing processes and data, and contributing to initiatives that align business needs with technology solutions. This role provides foundational experience in business analysis and enterprise strategy, while fostering collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
This is a Full Time, hybrid, Associate Business Analyst role located in Brentwood, TN.
