Position: Associate Business Analyst || Richmond, VA || Onsite We are seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics and Testing Support Team. In this role, you will work with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes, support Agile projects, and assist with software testing activities. You will help create user stories, process flows, test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Required Skills: • 0–2 years of Business Analysis, Project Support, or related experience • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation • Strong communication and organizational skills • Exposure to testing, UAT, or quality assurance activities • Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate is preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

The Associate Business Analyst will gather requirements and document business processes to support Agile projects. They will also create user stories and test cases while assisting with software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
