Job Description As an Associate, Business Analytics, you will be responsible for reporting and analytics functions for our MSP, RPO and Procurement Solutions programs. You will provide reporting and analytical support to our program teams and clients by leveraging our tools and best practices. You may be assigned to multiple programs and/or product lines. You will extract, measure, and transform the data from various systems to assist in analysis, with guidance from Lead Analysts or Managers. This is an individual contributor role. Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution Compile, deliver, and track data used to measure overall program performance as well as individual vendor performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis Responsible for manual processing of ETL in lead-up to automated solution deployment (or for downtime on such) Responsible for tactical/manual assistance on accounts, including those requiring client assets Responsible for the movement/extraction of data from source systems to designed repositories Responsible for the transformation and loading of extracted system data Any other duties as required. Qualifications 0 - 2 years of analytics experience, Recruitment/HR function, or staffing industry preferred Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel Low/entry level Staffing/Recruitment Industry or business knowledge Must have strong technical, organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal Must have strong problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, be flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently Higher education, certification, or degree preferred Additional Information As a workplace, we focus on relationships – with each other, our clients and our candidates - in fact serving others is one of our core values.
