The Impact you will have in this role: As a member of the DTCC Consulting Services team, the Associate be responsible for unparalleled client service delivery, and will assist in the creation of thought leadership artefacts through data analysis of industry trends and developments. Your Primary Responsibilities: Work on high-impact consulting projects for financial services clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Assist in the assessment of client operating models and the identification of gaps, and recommendations for improvement. Aid in the creation of frameworks and methodologies for compliance and operational effectiveness as they relate to regulatory reporting and securities services rules and developments. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and executive management. Support go-to-market and business development efforts including the preparation of proposals for prospective clients. Assist in the development of engagement tools, enablers, and other knowledge assets to build capability for the service. Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately **NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Minimum of 4 years of related experience which can be a combination of financial services and consulting but must include at least 2 years of consulting experience. Knowledge of regulatory reporting (refits/rewrites/MiFID lll, etc.) or securities services (post-trade efficiency, data flows, trade lifecycle etc.) Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
