Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management. Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence L&D content design and development experience Strong learning research and needs analysis skills Instructional design knowledge Creative thinking and storytelling ability Hands on with posters, newsletters and learning collaterals Strong written communication and editing skills Visual design sense and familiarity with design tools Experience with digital/ blended learning content Detail oriented with quality focus Knowledge of LMS, SF and Navigator Strong understanding on MIS and Reporting using excel and Power BI Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification Bachelor of Commerce Bachelor of Business Administration Master of Business Administration Master of Arts in Psychology PG Diploma in Human Resource Management Experience HR Operations (4+ years) What we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
