REQUIREMENTS

· Background in Engineering; degree preferred
· Strong customer relationships and social skills with a strong technical background is required
· Expertise in e-mobility, renewable energy or thermal management preferred
· Familiarity with injection molding and aluminum manufacturing
· International and local travel is required
· Proven ability to develop and successfully execute business development and sales strategies
· Technical knowledge in the field of Design (3D and 2D CAD), Simulation, Requirement Management, or other engineering fields preferred.
· Pre-employment drug screening

· Establishes new and maintains current customer relationships
· Search for new customers in targeted sectors and regions
· Travels to potential customers, conferences, and exhibitions for demonstrations of EQI’s technologies
· Develop new product ideas, create concepts and mock ups according to customer requirements
· Keeps current with new products, horizontal and vertical market trends,
supporting technologies and competitive intelligence
· Works with management and international technical teams to transfer on customer requirements to product roadmaps
· Identify new innovation trends and create sales strategies.
