This role, critical for strategic alignment and market performance, requires a proactive individual who can convert strategic vision into operational and commercial plans. This role will be responsible for: Business Growth : 65% Manage and deepen relationships with Taiwan’s leading financial institutions and/or other providers that we partner with. Create client strategy, form actionable roadmap, and identify new business growth opportunities through daily interaction with partners and regular business planning. In charge of the whole business development process, including new client prospecting, structuring and negotiating commercial deals, client onboarding and continuous client support, regular business performance review, and up-sales. Strategic Planning and Support : 35% Work with different functional teams to run promotion campaigns and execute on strategic and tactical initiatives. Act as the primary contact point for external partners. Collaborating with market and group leadership for strategic planning. Supporting Commercial and Marketing teams to execute Money101’s strategic initiatives. Take part in Money101’s data analytics processes. In this role, we are looking for someone with: University graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years' account management, business development experience in the financial services industry or marketing agency. Experience leading initiatives in driving growth, particularly in a B2B2C or two-sided marketplace business.. Understanding of Taiwan’s financial industry and culture. Strong interpersonal and social skills; comfortable with building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and successfully navigating complex organizational structures. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with proven success in driving business outcomes. “Make it happen" mentality. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Good to have: Experience in dealing with retail banking is preferred Experience in dealing with online ads or channels is preferred Experience of developing GTM plan is a big plus What can you expect from us?
