We are hiring Associate People & Business Partner – Talent 360 Role Overview: Support HR strategies and partner with business clients to deliver HR solutions. Help manage client relationships, support performance management, employee relations, and HR operations while developing skills to grow into a full People & Business Partner role. Key Responsibilities: Act as HR contact for assigned clients and support HR service delivery. Assist in executing HR strategies and people initiatives. Support performance management and employee relations cases. Maintain HR documents, compliance, and reporting. Help improve HR processes and team collaboration. Qualifications: 4–6 years HR experience in Generalist, Operations, or Junior Business Partner roles. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Basic knowledge of labor law, performance management, and employee relations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally.
