Responsibilities
  • Requirements Elicitation: Lead individual and group meetings to gather detailed business requirements. Perform impact analysis. Identify and analyze scope change.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvement and make recommendations. Present user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams to the development team.
  • System Specifications: Develop system specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Data Modeling: Create data models and process diagrams to represent business needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate requirements meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Solution Evaluation: Assist in evaluating potential solutions to meet business requirements through independent investigation. Adhere to product best practices to ensure consistent technical solution design.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, technical solutions are aligned, and testing plans are robust. Act as a key point of contact for complex system-related issues, providing detailed analysis and insights to refine design approaches
